These Terms apply to all users of the Service, whether located in the United States, Canada, or elsewhere, except where specific provisions are stated to apply only to users in a particular country.
PullThisCard is a tool that helps you figure out which credit card in your own wallet (or which card generally) would earn the most rewards for a given purchase, based on publicly available information about each card's rewards structure.
PullThisCard is not:
We do not have access to your actual credit card accounts, transaction history, or account balances. Any card or wallet information you enter into the Service is provided voluntarily by you for the purpose of generating a recommendation.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their province or state of residence, if older). The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13.
The Service provides general information only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Credit card rewards rates, welcome bonus offers, annual fees, foreign transaction fees, and other terms are set by individual card issuers and are subject to change at any time, often without notice.
We make a good-faith effort to keep the information in the Service accurate and current, including by:
Despite these efforts, we cannot and do not guarantee that any rate, bonus, fee, eligibility requirement, or other detail shown in the Service is current, complete, or accurate at the time you view it. Before applying for any card or relying on a stated benefit, always confirm the current terms directly with the card issuer or on the issuer's official website.
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make, including decisions to apply for, use, or cancel any credit card, whether or not based on information from the Service.
PullThisCard does not currently require you to create an account or log in. Information such as your selected wallet, custom cards, theme preference, and merchant history is stored locally in your browser (see our Privacy Policy for details) and is not tied to a name, email address, or other directly identifying information by the Service itself.

By submitting this information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use it to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including using error reports to improve our merchant categorization data for the benefit of all users. Do not submit any information through these features that you do not have the right to share, or that contains personal information about yourself or others.
Some links within the Service, including links to apply for a recommended card, may be affiliate links. If you click such a link and apply for or are approved for a card, we may receive compensation from the card issuer or an affiliate network.
This compensation does not influence which card the Service recommends to you. Recommendations are generated by an automated calculation based on each card's publicly stated rewards structure and your stated preferences, independent of any affiliate relationship. The Service, including its underlying software, design, the specific calculations and methodology used to rank cards, and all associated text and graphics (excluding any third-party trademarks, logos, or card issuer branding referenced for identification purposes), is owned by [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

The Service uses certain third-party services to operate, including but not limited to hosting infrastructure and Google's Places API (used to help identify merchants you search for, including, where you grant permission, an approximate location to improve search relevance). The Service may also link to third-party websites, including card issuer application pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
